It was our turn to play last at one of these nights, so we didn't take the stage until 1:15. Then we closed the place down which wasn't too hard to do at a nice family-friendly joint like the Tap Room whose staff had been there since lunch service. I was home enjoying the effects of those generous glasses of Australian wine by 4:30. Special shout out to the visiting Boston fan who was game for a late-night Brooklyn adventure taking in our set after a Broadway show. Yes, awfully tricky of us to be playing so far off the beaten path. Brooklyn is well worth it, but Red Hook is advanced practitioner.
